Terms of service
The agreement between your business and Auxo. Written to be read, not skipped.
Last updated 12 August 2026
The agreement
These terms apply when you create an Auxo account or use the service. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for the actions taken under it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and the tool connections you authorise must be ones you are permitted to authorise.
Acceptable use
Do not use Auxo to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages or anything unlawful;
- impersonate a person or organisation;
- process data you have no right to process, including other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or evade its limits.
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
AI output and your review
AI employees produce drafts and take actions based on your instructions. Output can be wrong. You remain responsible for what leaves your business.
Approval controls exist for this reason: configure them so that anything consequential waits for a human. Auxo does not warrant that output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Plans, billing and price changes
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Prices shown on the site are current and introductory — they may change. If a price changes for your plan we will give notice before it applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel instead.
Fees already paid for a started period are not refundable pro rata.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.
Your data and ours
Your business data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you. The software, brand and documentation stay ours. Handling of personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Auxo available and will tell you about planned maintenance, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before taking effect. Questions go to [email protected] or the contact page.
