Plain-language answers about what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
Three kinds of data, and nothing beyond what the product needs:
- Account data — name, work email, company name and billing details, given when you sign up.
- Connected tool data — the messages, records and documents your AI employees read or write in the tools you connect, limited to the permissions you grant.
- Usage data — which pages and features are used, error reports, and the activity log of what each AI employee did.
Why we collect it
To run the product and nothing else: authenticating you, letting your AI employees do the work you asked for, showing you an audit trail, supporting you when something breaks, and billing you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
AI processing
Auxo sends the content an AI employee needs to a language model provider to complete each task. That means the text of the specific message, record or document involved in the run — not your whole account.
We do not use your business data to train our own models. Where a model provider is used, we choose configurations that exclude your data from their training.
How long we keep data
Account data lives as long as your account does, plus the period we are required to keep billing records. Activity logs are retained so you can audit what happened. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days except where law requires us to hold it longer.
You can ask us to delete specific data sooner.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a tool connection at any time — revoking a connection stops all access to that tool immediately.
Email [email protected] or use the contact page and we will respond.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, tool connections use scoped tokens you can revoke, and every action an AI employee takes is logged. We make no certification claims. See the security section for what the product actually enforces.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the product before the change takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].
