Security

Connections to Auxo are encrypted, and saved credentials for connected tools are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to people who need it to operate and support the service.

We do not sell your business data. Task content is sent only to the configured providers needed to perform the request. See our privacy policy for details.

Customer sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Codes expire, attempts are limited, and sessions use secure cookies to help prevent unauthorised access.

We connect to other services through their official sign-in flow and request only the access needed for the feature. We never ask for the password to another service. You can disconnect a tool at any time from settings, which stops our access.

You decide which tools and information each AI employee can access. Actions can require your approval, so they pause for review before anything is sent or changed.

AI output can be wrong. Use approval steps for important or sensitive work, especially anything involving customers or professional advice.

Lead follow-ups and saved AI runs are recorded in activity history, including when they happened and their result. Direct tool actions report their result on screen.

No online service is risk-free. Auxo has not yet completed a third-party security certification or penetration test. We will update this page when that changes.
